Hello,

Is it possible to connect an USB Hub to an 6th generation AirPort Extreme ?

I need to connect 2 external hard drives

Yes. The only reliable way to connect multiple USB-powered hard disk drives to an Apple AirPort Extreme's USB port is through a powered hub.
