ULTRA WONT PAIR TO MY 13 PRO MAX
I Have a brand new Ultra. Out of the box it will not pair with my 13 pro max. Ive tried to reset phone deleted my series 6. but it will not pair. Wat am I doing wrong?

We understand that you're unable to pair your new Apple Watch with your iPhone. What happens specifically when you try? Do you see an alert? If so, what does the message say?
When you say that you reset your iPhone, do you mean that you've restarted your iPhone or restored it to factory settings by connecting your iPhone to a computer?

"If you have its paired iPhone, unpair your Apple Watch
- Open the Watch app on your iPhone, tap the My Watch tab, then tap All Watches at the top of the screen.
- Tap the "i" button
