ULTRA WONT PAIR TO MY 13 PRO MAX
I Have a brand new Ultra. Out of the box it will not pair with my 13 pro max. Ive tried to reset phone deleted my series 6. but it will not pair. Wat am I doing wrong?

When you say that you reset your iPhone, do you mean that you've restarted your iPhone or restored it to factory settings by connecting your iPhone to a computer?
Does your iPhone still see that your previous Apple Watch is paired with your iPhone in the Apple Watch app on your companion iPhone? The resource you came to us from has information about this: If you can't pair an Apple Watch with your iPhone

Thanks Chris. Let me be more specific. When I powered on my Ultra I went to the Bluetooth settings trying to get it to pair. I was told to download the watch app. I did that. I tried to pair it manually for myself. After a few minutes it says unable to pair your watch. I followed instructions to see if my phone was still paired but it is not. There is nothing under my settings. The home has been turn on and off several times. I was told to check my cloud to see if my old series 6 was still there. The watch connected to ultra audio but that’s it. It’s not locked it’s not paired to any other device. I will try to go to Best Buy and see if the have any better results but I’m sure it’s something very simple. Thank you
