No. Actually, no Apple Watch is capable of taking blood pressure readings. Blood Pressure requires abilities far outside the scope of what a watch (any watch for that matter) can offer.

To add to the information that lobsterghost1 has provided, there are some Bluetooth blood pressure cuffs that can connect to the iPhone that can with an app measure your blood pressure. Some have the ability to record that directly into the Health app. There are also some smaller sized cuffs that will work around your wrist and do something similar. I've not done any research on them lately, but I suspect you are capable.
