Have you received an invoice from Apple twice?
If so, it should state on each invoice, an invoice number and what is being invoiced.

I got a refund for what they were supposed to charge. I accidentally purchased something for 6 dollars. But when they change came out of my back they took 12 dollars. So when I asked for the refund they only refunded what they were originally supposed to charge, which was 6. So I dying know what the other 6 is from.
