Reset Icloud without access to icloud email.

I lost my iPhone and I don't remember my icloud password. When I try to reset it, it says I will receive an email to my icloud email which I don't have access to. When I use apple support it said that I can reset after 12 hours and instructions will be sent to my registered mobile. When I checked after 12 hours, now it says I can reset after after 2 days.

When I acted like I wanted to remove the passcode, it is forcing me to put in the icloud password from the account the phone is attached to.
