LG and AppleTV App not working

Hello,


Brand new 2022 LG 4K TV, AppleTV app not working. I enter my Apple ID and correct password and I get a message saying, ‘There were errors signing you in. Wait a moment, then try again.’ Everything is good on my end. Software on the TV is up to date. The app is also up to date. I deleted the app and reinstalled it to be sure and tried every other thing I could imagine. I even reset my password and tried again. I’ve tried logging in a dozen times. I’ve unplugged the LG, still the same error message. Please help, and give real solutions please. Don’t ask me if my software has been updated or if my internet is working. There is something wrong with the app. My other LG TV gave a QR code through the app to use with a mobile device. This version of the AppleTV app is not giving that option.


Please help!
