Email subfolders

I have an iPad and an iPhone. All of my emails sub folders are showing up on my iPhone but quite a few of them are missing on my iPad. I’ve deleted the account and added it back in but nothing changed. I have a comcast.net email address. Why are some of the email folders not showing up on iPad? I have an iPad Pro 11” 3rd gen.

Have you updated your iPad to the most recent version of iPadOS (i.e., 15.7.2 or 16.2)? If not, you should do so.

If you cannot see the mailbox sub-folders, do you see a blue arrow in the Mail sidebar for the containing mailbox folder? If yes, tap the arrow; when expanded, the arrow will point downwards - as show here:

In the above example, the “Apple” folder is a contained within the “Test Folder” mailbox. You’ll note that you’ll only see the mailbox folders listed in the sidebar - and not the main window.
