XDR Software update app appearing with no XDR Monitor connected

Hi,

I'm running an M1 Macbook Pro 16" with latest macos.

Every now and then an app is starting called "XDR Software update" I understand that this would install updates to apple external screens like the apple studio.

Point is: I don't have such a monitor.

Why is it coming up on my macbook?

Regards,

David
