The iPad 7th Gen randomly restarts to DFU mode then bootloops.

Recently my iPad 7th Gen randomly restarts to DFU mode then boot loops.

First, the iPad hangs then the screen turns black then goes into the cycle of bootloop (Stuck on the apple logo for longer a minute or less then shuts down then goes again on the apple logo).

Then I tried anything from restoring and updating it to the latest iPad OS update, but the problem continues. Sometimes the iPad would typically go to normal but upon usage for how long the cycle goes back again.

The crash details on 3uTools said Panic CPU x caller but after the series of cycles, the crash details aren't reported anymore.

What could be the problem with the iPad is it the flash memory or some of its components?
