My MacBook keeps asking me to signing with 2 factor authentication, I DONT WANT TO USE 2 FACTOR AUTHENTICATION.

This is your MacBook and not iCloud?
If so, is it managed by a company? I’m not aware of any ability to set that up without Mobile Device Management (I.e. company management)
