iCloud temporary space to permanent iCloud space

If I uploaded my old iPhone to iCloud with temporary space, then I bought more iCloud space, can I move the temporary upload to my own iCloud?

iPhone 14 Plus, iOS 16

No, the new device would then sync with the space available in iCloud. Your old device is simply uploading a temporary backup to use when setting up the new device. If you purchase space, your new device will sync to it.
