iPhone storage 128 so why is my iCloud only 5 gigabytes?

I bought a 128 gig iPhone 13 mini but the iCloud storage is only 5gigs. Why?????

Hi. The iPhone storage is completely separate from iCloud storage. The free iCloud storage amount starts at 5GB and can be upgraded if needed via a subscription plan.
