iPhone 7 Plus stuck in restart loop

So my fiancé’s iPhone 7 is stuck in an infinite restart loop. Screen goes blank, apple logo appears, screen goes black and so on. I’ve hard restarted it and it turns completely off but when I try to turn it back on it starts all over. I removed the SIM card and the same thing happened. I restored and updated it on iTunes and nothing has changed. Any other possible solutions for this?

Hello ch43staar23,

Looks like you've tried a lot of troubleshooting steps this far but they haven't help with the issue.

Let's try the steps below for help with unexpected restarts.

"If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch unexpectedly restarts or shuts down, or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear, learn what to do.

Check your software

Make sure that your device has the latest version of iOS or iPadOS and that your apps are up to date. If the issue continues after updating your software and apps, check your hardware.

Check your hardware

On an iPhone 6 or later, check your battery health under Settings > Battery > Battery Health.

If your battery doesn't need service, and your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch continues to frequently restart or turn off, contact Apple Support.

If your apps quit unexpectedly, learn what to do.

If your device has a frozen screen, doesn't respond, or becomes stuck when you turn it on, learn what to do for iPhoneiPad, or iPod touch."

If your iOS or iPadOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly

If your phone still is experiencing unexpected restarts, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support directly for further help.
