My deleted apps show.

Hello! I have a deleted app named “Discord” and I deleted it on a car ride to clear some storage, everything was fine with the other apps but this one just was different. I’ve been trying to fix this for the past day and I don’t know what to do. It has a little white icon instead of the normal one. I checked my screen time, the delete apps selection was ALLOW and my iPhone is up to date, I think. (It’s a 14.7 at the time.) This is what the app looks like:

I have even tried deleting another app to see the issue and it was COMPLETELY fine. I have even looked the same question up about 100 times to see if I got any answers, I did. But when I tried them all they wouldn’t work, I just need more and more because this really is aggravating me. It doesn’t show in my iPhone storage it exists either. All it implies is that it exists on my Home Screen and App Library. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone (by holding the side) I’ve tried deleting it over and over, I’ve even tried cleaning out my storage or signing out of my Apple ID and it’s still there.

Is there anyone who can help me? Please, I am really stressed about it.
