Not able to find the English typing to Hindi written keyboard in iPhone 13

You should be able to implement a Hindi keyboard by going to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard > Hindi.

There is a choice between Devanagari - Standard and Transliteration.

In the meantime, look in the app store for a 3rd party keyboard that does what you want (check the Keyman app).
