Based on your screenshot, the Guest User function is turned off on your computer and no one can log in using it.

thank you for your response IdrisSrabright. this Guest is permanently sitting there and turned off my access to this account. I am the administrator and this is my personal Mac. but the Guest has created a shared folder through which he/she is trying to monitor the activity and pull data from iCloud, I believe. I have been pushed to avoid using this machine. the attached screen shots will further explain . I am not sure how to get ride of this. I purchased this machine just 2 months before with apple care. but can't use the Mac as well as the iPhone.
Guest User is a default account on every Mac. And as it shows in your screen shot, is disabled by default. It cannot be removed by the user. Unless, in the very unlikely of circumstances you see it on, just ignore it.
Of course you can use your Mac and iPhone. There's nothing stopping you from doing so.
Again - the Guest account is OFF. DISABLED. It is doing NOTHING. iOS devices (iPad, iPhone) are single account devices. There's no such thing as a guest account on them.
