carrier unlock please

This is a user-to-user forum. No one here can unlock it. And neither can Apple or anyone at Apple. ONLY the carrier it is locked to can unlock it. If you can’t contact them the phone is unusable.

Where did you buy it in the US? It was not from Apple, because Apple only sells unlocked phones.

You must contact the carrier to which the phone is locked to get them to unlock the phone. Only the carrier can unlock the phone. Apple cannot do this.

Look to see if information about the carrier appears.

What carrier were you using in the US? That would be the carrier it’s locked to.

If you purchased it at retail from someone other than Apple, such as Best Buy or Walmart, it can only be activated on a US carrier and will lock to the first carrier used.

No, only the carrier it is locked to can do that, contact them.
