Is Freeform accessible as a web app in iCloud.com?

Is anybody able to see Freeform in the apps list in iCloud.com, and access it from there? I was having sync issues and while trying to fix them I lost all the boards I created. Then I noticed that it does not show up in the list of apps in my iCloud.com, even though I set it up to sync to iCloud in all my devices. Just wondering if that's because there is no Freeform web app yet, or if it is only me that cannot access it there for some reason. Thanks in advance.
