Denied Request

Hello, I got a trial with zoom support that I don’t really used or need I’m an individual without business, I just attended a job interview, I applied for a refund as soom as I saw the payment and doesn’t have any use of the app and seek help from their representatives they told me to wait 48 hours. within 24 hours the apple support declined and I reached out again to apple representatives and applied for review, Guys I don’t have a business and this app will be a huge waste specially it was an annual charge. I’m asking for help since this amount was the only amount that I have for christmas I only have $20 on my account, I’m begging and asking for understanding. as per this guys I dont have usage because as soon as I saw the payment I tried to cancel it. please guys.
