Can I ask my macbook air 30w magsafe adapter to charge my iwatch ultra? Is it safe to use it and will not caused any trouble on my iwatch built in battery in a long term use? I was asvised to use 20w insread.

You can use the MacBook charger, but it won't provide any benefit over a 20W charging plug. It won't hurt the watch, nor will it charge it any faster.
