Ocean ultra watch strap loop

There is no point in arguing your point here. This is a user to user only forum. We are NOT Apple and no one from Apple is here. If you're not happy about the fact they evidently don't sell spare loops, complain to Apple.

You say it's happening to others? You are truly the first person I've seen here say you lost your loop. One would think if this is an issue effecting others, this the most frequented Apple Forum on the planet would have other complaints. But it doesn't.

Ps: One attracts more bees with honey is an old saying. Meaning, when you speak with Apple, being super nice, not angry and asking as nicely as possible if they can help you, may get you further than expressing anger. Just saying........

It's pretty hard to lose one, so I'm not sure why you're upset with Apple? They didn't lose the metal loop. If I lost the metal loop, I'd buy another color band from Apple, then I'd have two bands in different colors and then move the loop between the bands. Oh wait, that's what I did as I love the Ocean band, so I bought two of them.

Perhaps you didn't lock it in place? It does lock in place with a solid click. Even if you didn't lock the loop, it would honestly be pretty difficult to lose it. Being upset with Apple is not going to get you anything. You lost the loop and evidently, Apple doesn't sell replacement loops. So clearly, your only option is to buy another band (again, I'd recommend a different color), so you'll have a loop and two bands.

I made no assumption about your interaction with Apple. Was just trying to offer friendly advice. If you've done all that, then you have your answer and further comments here, will be pointless.
