Are you running /Applications/Logi Options? The icon should be in your /Applications folder since you successfully install the App. Re-running from the installer in downloads may fail once it's actually installed into /Applications.

What Logitech peripherals are you using with Logi Options? There is a newer Logi Options+ that just released and is version 1.30.7349 but it only supports newer Logitech devices, however that list is growing rapidly.

Hey there, and welcome to Apple Support Communities humanspeciesinmultiverse,

We can certainly understand your concern and are to help as much as we can.

This looks like an issue with the third party software from Logitech. We recommend contacting them for additional support in using and installing their application. Check out these steps on how to contact them.

" Contact the developer of a macOS app

  1. Open the App Store on your Mac.
  2. Click the sign-in button  or your photo.
  3. A list of apps appears. Click the app that you want. If you can't find the app, use the search bar.
  4. The app's product page appears. Click Support or App Support. If you don't see Support or App Support, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.

In the App Store on Mac, find the Support or App Support button near the ratings and reviews.

"

For additional information check out this link: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

These steps will help ensure you an easy way in contacting an app developer.

Kindest regards!
