iMovie audio question.

I'm using iMovie 10.3.5. While selecting editing sections in the editing window I cannot hear any audio while dragging the cursor across the video. Prior to reinstallation of iMovie I was able to hear the audio clearly. How can I fix this? TIA.

In iMovie, click on View in the menu and then click on Audio Skimming in the drop down menu that appears. That will cause the audio to be played while dragging your cursor over the video or audio clip.
