problems with books

Since I have updated to iPad iOS 16 my books are acting up.

I can get half way through a book and turn the page and will only get half a page of text.

try to go to another page and it will be exactly the same, might end up getting 20-30 identical pages. The booth will then return to normal.

this never happened with the previous version of iOS. I am still reading the same books so is not a book fault. Even happens with books From the Apple Store.

also don’t find the latest version of books as user friendly as the previous version. Definitely a step backwards
