Apple TV 4k - No Network Detected error message

Not a question, but an alternative solution.

Original Question: I recently upgraded to an Apple TV 4K. While watching content, an error message, "No network detected," pops up repeatedly in the upper right corner.

How I solved it: During the Apple TV setup, I connected to wireless as usual. At that time, I added the Apple TV'S MAC ID to my wireless router (Asus).

Later on, I switched to ethernet for a more consistent 4k image. I made this change in my Apple TV'S Network menu. For context, I have a modem from my ISP that powers ethernet throughout the apartment and that modem provides ethernet to my Apple TV and separately to my Asus wifi router.

What I didn't do, and what I believe caused the error, was remove my Apple TV'S MAC ID from my wireless router. It seems that the router was still attempting to connect with the Apple TV via wireless and the alternating between wifi and ethernet was causing the error message.

This won't solve all instances of the error, but perhaps others are suffering from this edge case and I haven't seen this solution posted elsewhere.

Happy holidays!
