Some of my hot corners shortcuts like "desktop", "application windows" & "quick note" aren't working when apps in full screen mode(like safari, Spotify etc). When apps not in full screen mode, hot corners work just fine. Tried update to OS 13.1, boot in safe mode, issue still persists. Any solution? I find hot corners very useful and this is bothering me so much. Thank you.

Just to add, since all hot corners work in Monterey when apps are in Full Screen, the fact that Quick Note doesn't work in Ventura may be a bug. You can file a bug report from the feedback page. Just change the feedback type.
Because Hot Corners is not designed to work that way with Full Screen Mode Applications.
There isn't a solution because hot corners just don't work in full screen mode.
FWIW, all Hot Corners work for me when apps are in Full Screen except Quick Note.
