Need HELP: After transferring music with "Tunemymusic"

Hi! I need your help, since I can't find any solution.

I transferred my music from Spotify to Apple Music. I wish I didn't do this... but there are a few songs I can't add to my playlist, they become greyed out. I do get the warning that this song is not available in my country.

But the weird thing is: I can play the song when I'm searching for it, but after I add the song to a random playlist it becomes greyed out. No changes have been made to country (it's still on NL). I already tried to turn on/off phone, log in/out iTunes but no success..

When I copy the playlist to my friend his iPhone everything works fine.

Does anyone has the solution? I hope you do!!

Hi,

That doesn’t help (like already mentioned). The song stays grey, even after removing, searching, playing the song and re-adding.

A friend of mine has absolutely no problems. I didn’t either, before using a 3rd party app.

I did fix the problem for 99%. I did create a new iCloud music library in iTunes. But still not all songs work.

Hello there rsnhakan,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We would like to suggest deleting the greyed out songs from your library, and then add them back. The steps to delete can be found using the Apple Support article: Delete music in the Apple Music app

Delete music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Android device
1.Open the Apple Music app.
2.Go to Library and tap Downloaded to see your downloads. On your iPad, tap Downloaded in the sidebar.
3.Find the song, album, or music video that you want to remove.
4.Touch and hold the item, then tap Remove.
5.Tap Remove Download to remove the item from only this device. Or tap Delete from Library to delete the item across all of your devices.

Let us know the outcome, and we can go from there if needed.

We hope this helps you.

Hello rsnhakan,

You didn't mention removing and adding back the dimmed out songs in your Apple Music Library in your original post. Either way, that's a good step to test out and good to know their results. As it helps us to narrow things down further.

If that didn't resolve your issues after using this third-party app, then it may be best to contact the developer of that app for further assistance: How to contact an app developer They are trained specifically to support this app, so they can assist from here.

Wishing you well, take care.
