Fuzzy noise and camera
My iPhone XR makes a buzzing noise every time i use the back camera the photo is also blurry???

This article has steps that may help resolve the issue: If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working.
The steps include:
- Testing the issue while the iPhone is outside any protective case.
- clean the lens with a soft cloth
- restarting your iPhone.
However, if the issue remains after this you'd follow this section:
"Contact Apple Support
If the camera or flash still isn't working properly, contact Apple Support to discuss service options."
