iso bootable installer of macOS Ventura

I need to get macOS Ventura installer as iso bootable image. How can I do it ?
I have MacBook and downloaded installer from appstore.

I found this article. But there is a problem on Ventura 13.1: creatinstallmedia utility recognise mounted volume but doesn't recognise value of this volume. I created volume 20GB, but utility give the error: needed additional volume for 14.4 GB.
