i signed out of my apple id and 11 thousand pics and vids in my camera roll disappeared and haven’t come back in a few days. they’re backed up and i’ve signed out before and they’ve always come back but they haven’t this time and i’m not sure how to get them back.

You mentioned that you signed out of your Apple ID when you photos disappear. After signing back in, has iCloud Photos been enabled again? Enabling iCloud Photos will allow your photos to sync back to your iPhone. You can go to Settings > Photos > iCloud Photos to enable it.
