SETUP FAILED (-6753)

SETUP FAILED (-6753) in my old iphone.

even the old iphone is already updated and the Bluetooth and wifi is on.i tried all the specific steps which are necessary but still i am getting this error.I just only want to transfer with quick start.Is apple can help me with this?
