Cancelled purchases are still being taken from my account

Ive made purchases and ive canceled them yet the money is still being taken from my account, pls help

First, go to Settings/[your name]/Subscriptions and verify that they are canceled (there will be no “cancel” button if they are canceled).


Then go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com, click on any that have been canceled and you can request a refund. Note that you must cancel a subscription more than 24 hours before it renews.


Finally, if you don’t see the subscription in the Subscriptions list you did not make it through Apple or it was made with a different Apple ID than the one on your phone. See→If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed - Apple Support
