My IPhone 12 chrome and google app will not allow my to search and is displaying error code message 403

Error 403 means the page you are trying to access does not exist or is not reachable. That is not an iPhone problem; it is either a network problem, the page reference is wrong, or you have a VPN connection that terminates in a location that is not allowed for the site you are trying to access.
