Can Locked screen passcode be bypassed by activating fingerprint through iCloud?

My iPad passcode changed after manual update Hi! I did a manual update on my iPod last week. When I tried to open my account the passcode was changed. I did NOT change it! I have 1 try left before it is permanently locked. My computer is broken so the only working device I have is my iPhone. Since the ipad doesn't have the forgot passcode ability. Is there anything I can do with my phone To open it? I have fingerprint requirements after using passcode. My Facebook account was hacked last year. A Nigeria man is holding it hostsge for money!! I am not a tech person, so I worry he changed my passcode somehow. I wonder if my fingerprint requirement after I put in passcode would stop someone who got my passcode??
