Log out of Apple ID I no longer have access to

Hello, I have an Apple ID associated with my iPhone in settings that I no longer have access to. I basically forgot the password for the Apple ID and for the email associated with the Apple ID. I also deleted the backup email associated with the Apple ID’s email a long time ago. Basically, the Apple ID attached to my phone’s settings is no longer recoverable! So, I would like to log out of the lost Apple ID in my iPhone settings, and replace it with my new Apple ID (the one I’m using to post this). But, whenever I try to log out of the previous Apple ID, it keeps asking me for the password which I previously explained how I dont have access to it anymore.

I need to swap Apple IDs because I’m planning on buying a new iPhone, and I’m gonna transfer my data over from the old iPhone. But in order to do that, I need the password for the old Apple ID associated with the phone’s setting. So before I buy a new phone, I have to replace the old Apple ID with the new one.

Please help!

iPhone 8, iOS 15

If you can’t reset the password to sign into the old ID Your only option is to request Apple remove it from their end with proof of ownership/purchase new. How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

However that requires the device be restored to factory settings thus you won’t be able to transfer data after.

Instead you need to save content you want to transfer another way to manually add to the new device once set up.
