The Audio MIDI Setup.App is located in your Application/Utilities folder

Audio MIDI Setup User Guide for Mac - Apple Support

Do you have a third party app/driver installed ...looks like a compatibility issue if no insight or resolve(?)

What is "MIDI Studio" ...(?)

To trouble shoot further you can:

—Test issue in another user (or guest user) account Change Users & Groups settings on Mac - Apple Support

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.

—SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies as well as clear cache and disable third party kernel extension.

A reboot everything goes back you normal

third party software—

Look for any built in or in-app uninstaller and use that if you have an issue

If in doubt refer to the developers website; Support/Help/FAQ/known issues/compatibility/updates/uninstall:

Contact a third party vendor
