Hey there Ompratap1988,


We agree, once you add funds to your Apple Account balance, it shouldn't take long for them to appear. Since they're not, we wanted to rule out a few possible causes:


  1. Have you already tried a restart of your iPhone since purchasing funds for your Apple Account balance? If not, sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
  2. If you have a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 16.2. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
  3. If the issue remains after ruling out the details above, the next step would be to let Apple Support know what's been tried as they'll be in the best position to assist further: Get Support

Check again after a few days.

If you update your payment method or add funds to your Apple ID balance, It would take about 1 to 3 business days in order to process.

If you're still unable to update your payment method, Contact Apple Support.

  • if you use your Apple ID balance, you need to set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.
