Hello,
I cannot open any .ics files from my Outlook/hotmail account from my mobile all of a sudden to add them to my calendar, I get an “oops, failed to open ics file” I never used to have issues & cannot find how to fix this. I have no issues on my computer so guessing it’s an iPhone setup?

There is no way you can open a .ics file from a calendar or from any other place on your iPhone. However, you can use the .ics file in your iPhone calendar.
