Home App Sync Issue on MacBook Air (mid 2013) to iPhone SE 2nd Gen (2020)

With the 16.1 update my Mac home app no longer syncs to my iOS home app.

I opened activity monitor to try and see what's going on, I will attach the photos of com.apple.WebKit.WebContent

they are in the order of:

com.apple.WebKit.WebContent (3196)

com.apple.WebKit.Networking(3197)

com.apple.WebKit.WebContent (3198)

HomePod mini, 16

Ventura iCloud Desktop sync issue I have a Mac Pro desktop and M1 Max MacBook Pro that are both running Ventura 13.0.1. Since upgrading to Ventura I get very sporadic sync issues between the desktops of both computers. New files added will add but deleting of files doesn't work. So it is syncing, just not accurately. I have tried, rebooting, signing out and back into iCloud, changing networks. Anybody else having issues with Ventura properly syncing their desktops between two devices?
