Apple has been taking out monthly payments from Paypal and I don't have an iphine for 6 months

Hi, I keep losing money on a monthly basis with stuff I had set up on my itune account and I called customer service and they told me they can only refund me for last two months. I no longer have access to my account or the phone and I was told they won't be able to refund me cause I need to get into my account in order to solve my payment issues. This month of December more money came out of my account and it's coming out of my bank account that is connect with PayPal and this keeps messing up my bank account! Prior to all of this I was paying the insurance for over two years and it got expired few days before I was told I can get free one time replacement as a courtesy because I been paying for two years but it was a bad phone it only worked for few months the network stop working and also the wifi eventually I tried to resolve on my own and then I took it to apple store they weren't able to fix the problem or give me another better replacement because of the expired insurance. Mind you this was a bad replacement phone they give me so not able to afford another one decided to downgrade to Samsung phone for now so back to the payment issue it was never resolved and come January I would like to stop this recurrence fees. I downgrade to android for now and the payments keep coming out I had told the customer rep I will go through pay pal in order to get refund even if it's the last two months only but she said again I won't be able to get the refund even if I go through PayPal I would need to get into my apple account which I can't anymore even when I have phone numbers attached to my account won't allow me to reset I a afraid I have now lost access to my account and photos that can't even download due to bad replacement I was given.
