iPhone 14 pro max livewallpaper not working

I’ve just activated my new iPhone 14 pro max and every time I hold down fingers on Lock Screen a new pop up comes asking if I wish to customize. And I’ve even gone so far as to try this but all it does is add more wallpapers . And it looks like Apple has done its best to block anyone from discussing the truth about this livewallpaper issue.
