I am the family organizer. My husband also set himself up as an organizer on his iPad. How do we delete him as an organizer

Since there can only be one "organizer" for each Family Sharing group, it sounds like your husband may have set up another group with him as the organizer. What he would need to do is disband the group he is the organizer of and then join your group.
