Mac Studio Max M1 With Mac Os Ventura, External HDD (EXFAT) File Format Not Working Properly

I have Recently Update my Mac OS from Monterey to Ventura in Mac Studio (M1) after the update there is issues with External HDD With EXFAT Format, Can't Showing after restart, shutdown, reboot, I have reinstall Mac os also I have checked with lots HDD with EXFAT disk still issues same, however in disk utility showing inactive, however APFS AND MAC OS GENERAL Format working fine, some time after 30 min showing, it's happening with all HDD EXFAT drive, after that Recently Visited Apple Store there is no Resolutions, they said wait for next Update, however my Intel Macbook Pro and IMAC 21.5 And 27" Working fine with EXFAT Format also MAC Mini1 Also working fine with EXFAT,

I have reinstall Mac Os Ventura in home as well as In Apple Service Centre still not working, However in Mac os Monterey Working Fine

Any solution here
