Apple TV 4K Voice sync Issues

I've had this model for one year, using it w/Samsung QN90. In the last 2 months, the voice sync has been off & problems increase daily. Also have issues with online guide, remote not working properly, voice drops, etc. I've updated software, reset numerous times & tried every fix possible but nothing works! My TV is unwatchable at this point. Last night I pulled out my $180 Apple TV and popped in a $29 Roku stick and everything works perfectly. Is Apple going to address these issues as I can see many others also are having them?
