New 4K Apple TV keeps turning on voiceover, I turn off and it goes back on.

Being able to turn off and on VoiceOver at your discretion is important. To confirm, are you noticing VoiceOver turning on after touching the remote? If so, it's possible the button combination or Siri is being used to enable VoiceOver as outlined in the related article.

If those actions aren't be taken, have you restarted the Apple TV? If not, restarting is a great step that can resolve many issues. You can find the steps for restarting listed below.

"Do any of the following:

• Press and hold both the Back  (Siri Remote 2nd generation or later) or  (Siri Remote 1st generation) and TV   buttons on the Siri Remote until the Apple TV status light blinks rapidly.
