Trade in

Hi I am trading in my daughter’s iPhone 12 Pro and the kit has arrived with a UPS printed label. I’ve sealed it all up and stuck the label on the outside but how do I return to UPS - I can’t take it to Post office and when I try to see about UPS it says about logging into my account and I don’t have one? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m in UK. Many thanks
