Update to Monterey or Ventura?
Do I need to update from Big Sur to Ventura for security or should I just update to Monterey

The best bet is usually the latest software. Ventura has been out for a few months now without any major bugs, and if you are going to upgrade anyway it is just as easy to upgrade to Ventura as Monterey. Better safe than sorry.
