iPad Pro, HDMI and AUX Audio Jack via USB-C

Hi,

I'm a DJ and Karaoke DJ.

I had a 6th gen iPad with Audio Jack and lightning output. So I'd run the audio from the Jack to my mixer and HDMI from my Lightening port.

I purchased a USB-C and HDMI / Audio Jack / USB / USB-C Power adaptor to achieve the same result with my new iPad Pro.

The problem is I cannot control the volume level on my audio signal from my iPad Pro! I press the volume up / down buttons and it's just full volume.

1st time I simply plugged my headphones into the Audio Jack and my ears rang for 2 hours.

From a litigation perspective I suggest Apple at least put a warning out that this occurs, at best come up with a iO/S solution to rectify this asap.

Does anyone have solution to this? I cannot believe I'm having to go back to my 6th Gen iPad to deliver Karaoke.....

Thanks

Mark
