how do I get my daughter phone to stop saying unavailable it doesn't give me the option to try the passcode again it just a blank screen that says unavailable.?

The wrong passcode has been entered enough times that the phone is now locked.
If the screen tells of a lockout time, you can wait and carefully try again with the correct passcode then.
