Ask to buy won’t turn off!

Organizer turned off ask to buy but I still have to ask for the apps! Please help. It is very annoying. Thanks

Ask To Buy is on by default if you are under 13, or if the system thinks you are under 13.

Also note that parental restrictions may be applied even if Ask To Buy is not on. See information in here: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
